English term or phrase: What is your relationship with
I am translating a form in which the above question is asked a number of times. The problem is that I have noticed that the people for whom the form is meant use the term "relación" almost exclusively in the sense of relationship as in how you get along with someone. One could use "parentesco," but the form is not designed only for family members. So the relationship could be one of acquaintance rather than family relationship. Any ideas?
