The xxxxxxx family became involved with the Department on xxxxx due to allegations of neglect of xxxx by mother, xxxx and father, xxxxx. The allegations of medical neglect have been supported.

Each child has missed appointments but xxxxxx has 13 canceled appointments and 16 no shows. xxxx had failed her vision test on xxxx and she had not yet seen an optometrist. xxxxx is exhibiting aggressive behaviors towards his siblings and peers at xxxxx. xxxx was referred to mental health and a pediatric allergy appointment for xxx and she has missed both. Ms. xxxx herself has a long standing history of Depression, PTSD, and Anxiety without treatment.

STRENGTHS:
