What could be the meaning of "partner" in this sentence?

Explanation:
"Partner" en inglés en este contexto se refiere a la pareja sexual. Por eso en la religión católica, por ejemplo, los sacerdotes no pueden casarse ni tener hijos, porque deben destinar su amor y deseo solamente a Dios y la Iglesia.

Toni Castano: Excelente aportación. "No hay nada ni nadie que se asemeje a Él" es una versión certera. Yo personalmente evitaría una traducción demasiado literal.
