I would like to know the best translation of this phrase from American English into Latin American Spanish. It's a conference about sexual violence. Maybe they mean something else with this expression?

Here is the full paragraph for your review:

The ‘butterfly alert’ is worth mentioning again (see box 10). No school, institution or company should
identify participants as part of the programme. No graduate/apprentice should be identified within the
company as a member of the programme. This caution is essential to prevent discrimination and the re-victimization
of the adolescents and young adults.
