No es la misma respuesta de Darío, pero creo que puede andar. Se refiere a las imágenes, ilustraciones, que al abrir el libro se abren y al cerrar el libros se doblan y cierran internamente, o a las que se extraen del libro tirando de una manijita. "Tira de la manija" dice un libro de mi nieta.

agree  Darío Giménez: Claro que sí: pueden ser libros enteros, tarjetas o sólo algunas ilustraciones encartadas en un libro... pero siempre son deplegables. :-)

neutral  Darío Giménez: Not in Spain, here we use "Libros desplegables". :-) / I meant that maybe in other countries they call them "Pop-up books"... I don't know. :-)
