English term or phrase: balanced & unbalanced forces
"Changes in motion are caused by unbalanced forces."
"Newton’s laws of motion describe how unbalanced forces on an object cause changes in the object’s motion."

I think of fuerzas asimétricas, or fuerzas en desequilibrio, or fuerzas desequilibradas, but I'm not sure. Any other thoughts?
Thanks!
