Metallurgy . a. a single operation of heating, as of metal in a furnace, in the treating and melting of metals. b. a quantity of metal produced by such an operation (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/heat) Es decir: Se trata de poder identificar en qué "hornada" se produjo el material de base. Conocida ésta, se puede "trazar" hacia atrás todo tipo de datos de composición, tratamiento, etc A esto, en español (y me apresuro a decir en español de España), se le denomina "calda", según aprendí cuando estudiaba. También se le puede llamar "hornada" |
