Me alegra si te sirve. No incluí la lectura más literal "anticuerpos dirigidos contra" en la respuesta original por no liarte, porque en este contexto, aunque correcto, me suena a material traducido -y sin duda menos natural que anticuerpos contra / anti-CD59.

No me hagas mucho caso; a veces me paso de tiquismiquis. Aunque la frase aislada me sigue sonando forzada, en contexto "anticuerpos dirigidos contra" no resulta extraña. En este caso diría no obstante algo así;

Por ejemplo, la citometría de flujo de células HPN puede utilizar anticuerpos anti-CD59 marcados con fluorescencia.
