Disculpen que los moleste nuevamente, pero es que no logro entender la siguiente oración (debe ser el cansancio ya y la hora). Es una carta del Mercado de Seguros del Estado de Nueva York que suele enviarse cuando el asegurado paga con cheques sin fondos y que al tercer cheque sin fondos, se deja sin efecto la cobertura de seguros.

If payment for the above stated amount is not received by month-end (enter actual date), your health insurance coverage will be terminated for non-payment of premium, BACK TO THE LAST MONTH PAID IN FULL.

No estaría comprendiendo bien a qué se refiere la última parte (la escrita en mayúscula).
