blood type a, non a1, blood type ab, non a1b cualquier subgrupo sanguíneo A excepto A1 o cualquier subgrupo sanguíneo AB excepto A1B Explanation: https://optn.transplant.hrsa.gov/media/2505/osc_guidance_abo... When reporting to the OPTN Contractor, A2 is used as shorthand for any blood type A subtype other than A1 (i.e. non-A1, negative for A1). A2B is used as shorthand for any blood type AB subtype other than A1B (i.e. non-A1B, negative for A1B).<i/> Mi intento, basado en la definición anterior, sería: Consentimiento informado preoperatorio para aceptar el riñón de un donante que tenga cualquier subgrupo sanguíneo A excepto A1 o cualquier subgrupo sanguíneo AB excepto A1B |

Reference: "non A1" Reference information: La respuesta de Doris es correcta, pero habría que saber cómo se dice "Non A1" en castellano, si es que existe un término. "OPTN Policies refer to all subtypes that are not A1 as non-A1. Therefore, a donor who is primary blood type A and subtyping results show that the donor does not have the A1 subtype is referred to as having blood type A, non-A1." https://optn.transplant.hrsa.gov/media/2505/osc_guidance_abo... |
