Los resultados mostraron que cuando la concentración de Zr en las aleaciones aumenta, la fuerza, los ángulos de recuperación elástica y la dureza también se incrementan. Otros trabajos realizaron diferentes contribuciones en donde se evaluaron las propiedades mecánicas y la molturabilidad de Ti mediante la aleación con Zr (10-50 % en peso) [Takahashi M., 2009; Ho W. F., 2009]. Las fases de aleación Ti- Zr varían de acuerdo con la composición y condiciones de enfriamiento, con una mejor molturabilidad para 40 % en peso de Zr [Ho W. F., 2009; Hsu H. C., 2011]. Por otra parte, se investigó la estructura y las propiedades mecánicas de Zr puro y una serie de aleaciones binarias Zr-Ti (10-40 % en peso) como posibles materiales para implantes dentales.
