1. Aquí lo entiendo como "enfrentarse": "como líder, si me enfrento a algo nuevo/ asumo un nuevo reto"

2. En la segunda oración: primero lo entiendo como "asumir".

3. Take on a new job or assignment: en mi opinión, es la más clara. Sin duda, "aceptar (o sinónimos, incluso "asumir" de nuevo) un nuevo trabajo o tarea"
