Explanation:
No es una frase hecha, es simplemente una imagen bastante gráfica de alguien que le pone un cuchillo en el cuello a la empresa y ésta tiene que agarrar el cuchillo para que no le corten la yugular.

Un poco como en las pelis de piratas o espadachines :-).
