English term or phrase: you are quite prepared
I've got a tricky phrase here, it looks simple on first sight but when it comes to translating it so that it reads smoothly in the sentence, then it's not so easy as it seems.

Sentence:

If Peter is willing to accept these points and make some changes, you are quite prepared to try to help him improve.

Remember we are in the role-playing context, ok!

usted/tú lo estará/s [preparado para/listo para/resuelto a] ayudarle a intentar mejorar

Explanation:
Como "willing" y "prepared" tienen un sentido parecido, yo modularía la frase...

"Si Peter está dispuesto a aceptar estos puntos y hacer algunos cambios, usted/tú lo estará/s para intentar ayudarle a mejorar."

Un saludo.

Creo que la expresión que propongo tiene la ambigüedad equivalente que necesitas respecto al inglés.
