English term or phrase: Limited Liability Company
"It is hereby certified that: ....... Limited Liability Company .... is duly authorized to transact business in ...... as a Domestic Limited Liability Company."

I do not want to use the term "Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada" because I believe an LLC in the U.S. is ruled by specific laws related to taxes. It is not the same for a "Sociedad de Responsabilitad Limitada." From the research I have conducted so far, I understand the laws that regulate this type of "sociedad" in Spanish-speaking countries have nothing to do with tax regulations.

Limitad Liability Company/sociedad de responsabilidad limitada
Explanation:

Incorporated Business [Company].
Business Dictionary
An enterprise that has gone through the formal legal process of becoming a corporation. The laws governing how to form an incorporated business are different in each country, and in the United States, the individual states determine their incorporation regulations and a company needs to select a state in which to file its incorporation documents.

Note to reference poster
Asker: Thank you for this extensive explanation. I do agree with the explanation given by Monica Algazi in the sense that it is better to leave the name of the company as such and use Italics. However, your comment is also very useful and I will take it into account in the rest of the document, since the term is repeated at least once without mentioning the specific name of the company.
