Les escribo porque estos dos términos me han agotado la mente y a ver si voy encaminada luego de haber pasado horas razonando su significado. Estoy traduciendo un manual de procedimientos en caso de hurto y robo en tiendas por parte de empleados y me encuentro con estos dos términos: restitution y recovery.
