Competencia especial Explanation: A mi parecer, el término se refiere al establecimiento de una competencia especial para tratar acciones relacionadas con el Título III de la ley referida. "...the standard ‘heads’ of jurisdiction, principally based on territoriality and nationality, which are traditionally the major grounds on which a state may (at its discretion) exercise regulatory authority..." British Yearbook of International Law, Volume 84, Issue 1, 2014, Pages 187–239. |

head (of subject-matter jurisdiction) tipo / título (de competencia objetiva) Explanation: compare the Spanish for a head of loss or claim and clase, configuración/ figura, criterio and concepto. título is a fair fit, but clashes with Title III etc. For example: título de imputación > head of (vicarious) liability -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 3 days 20 hrs (2019-12-04 11:45:10 GMT) Post-grading -------------------------------------------------- si es verdad (en Varadero etc)! Subject(-)matter jurisdiction corresponde igualmente a jurisdicción o competencia ratione materiae y territorial a ratione loci. Saludos al Malecón ('ne queremos los amos!).
