Tengo dudas sobre la traducción correcta de la frase, que aparece en la siguiente oración relativa al pago de intereses de pagarés:

The Notes will bear interest at a floating rate equal to One-Month LIBOR plus the spread of 8% per annum as from the Issuance Date. Interest will be paid on each on 2020 and 2021, commencing on June 7th 2021, until Maturity.
