Estoy revisando un contrato de servicios de mensajería y me encuentro con la frase siguiente:

"This Agreement does not exclude any legitimate rights or interests that cannot be waved through this Agreement".

Tengo dudas con la expresión "waved through". El traductor ha optado por esta traducción:

"Este Contrato no excluye ningún derecho o interés legítimo que no se pueda tratar en este Contrato".
