Es un contrato de logística y aparece en diferentes párrafos como refiriéndose al CLIENTE. Busqué "instructing party" y aparece como "ordenante", pero se usa en comercio exterior con otro significado que creo que no es el de este texto. ¿Lo han visto en contratos? ¿Será igual? ¡Gracias!
