Creo que la frase es inteligible. Creo que "and finally that edge [to] deliver processing where we may be additional buffering"no tiene sentido. Habría que chequearlo con el cliente.
Creo que lo que querían decir es "where we may need additional buffering" y en ese caso la traducción correcta sería "y finalmente que ese margen de competitividad suministre procesamiento ahí donde necesitemos almacenamiento adicional para..."
