Estoy poseditando unos subtítulos que hablan sobre ciudades inteligentes, en este caso, se presenta un ejemplo sobre Platooning (o tren de carreteras) y estoy confundida con este término: macro network. No estoy segura si es "macro en red", red de macros o macrored (macrorred).

Este es el contexto: (tiene muchas etiquetas, time tags)

Explanation:
Por el contexto, parece decir que los camiones se comunican entre ellos dentro de una red que a su vez está dentro de otra red. Entiendo que como es una red grande, han decidido llamarla "macro network", por lo que en mi opinión sería macrorred, como tú propones.

Y sería macrorred y no macrored. Da igual que la original solo tenga una r, si va entre vocales debe escribirse con dos r según la RAE.
