Como la frase original es un inglés bien informal, propongo esto que me parece bastante equivalente en cuanto a tono. Y tiene bastante difusión en español, además...

Aclaración, para traducir la frase debería ser 'dale (o dele) una escuchada'. Alternativa: también podría ser 'una escuchadita'.
