Establecer y cumplir metas (u objetivos) [fijadas] y promesas Explanation: Este tipo de norma es muy común para describir las obligaciones de los empleados aquí en USA. "Deliverable" es como vos sabés el adjetivo sustantivado de "deliver". "Deliver" en este caso significa "to do what is desired or expected". Por eso yo lo traduciría como "promesa".
