El inglés es un sistema lingüístico con un uso de calificativos que, a veces, cuando se traduce al español puede resultar redundante. En este caso creo que la especificación no es relevante ni pertinente. Me parece que quedaría menos forzado (y no perdería el sentido) traducir simplemente:

"Otras adaptaciones de los procedimientos que se utilizan (o utilicen) ...."

regulaciones comerciales


Explanation:
Deberías evaluarlo en el contexto, pero consideraría la posibilidad de que "procedures" en este contexto refiera más bien a "regulaciones". Si bien procedimientos (o inclusive "protocolos") capturan la idea, en el lenguaje legal de este tipo de documentos muchas veces un "procedure" es algo que en español se entiende mejor como una regulación oficial. De hecho, en la definición de procedures, su primer acepción es:

An established or official way of doing something.
‘the police are now reviewing procedures’
