(b) nMDS Ordination Plot
A nMDS plot was calculated using the macrofaunal results combined with the PSA data, incorporated as a factor (Figure 33).
The illustration shows a useful separation of the observed macrofaunal assemblage in respect to the particle size distributions within the survey area(2d stress=0.16).
Samples from cluster 3 (light blue squares) and cluster 4 (green triangles) showed higher similarities to each other than those of the other two clusters.
