maybe it means this , because it’s God who made her eyes be focused on the government, since its God who gave her this dream , we should perhaps reformulate the sentence like this : God specifically zoomed in on this child of God showing them janitors, security gards, different workers of this hotel

or perhaps this cause the original sentence dont make that much sense ;
