English term or phrase: piggyback ride
I know what a piggyback ride is. Mi papá me cargaba "a tuto". However, I think this may be only a regionalism, that may not be understood by a Mexican mother.

I'm translating information on a child with autism.

What do your recommend for piggyback ride.

llevar a cuestas

Explanation:
that's how we say it in Spanish
there are other ways like 'llevar a cocoletas', but I think that is regional too
i would propose "llevar a cuestas", though maybe in Mexico they say it in another way
hope it helped =)
