see Explanation: I would suggest to consider the level of your addressee. I mean if it is a formal or informal letter, addressed to military personel or executives or family. Whenever I write the time, I usually leave it as 6:00 a/pm. I hope it helps. |

No problem Explanation: I don't see any problem in 7:30 pm, for example, thouh in spanish, some countries use the 24 hour format (las 18 horas) |
