desechos corporales, but... Explanation: Esto ayudará a su hijo a evitar asociaciones negativas con sus desechos corporales. Desechos corporales is the "official" term (see for example http://www.lafacu.com/apuntes/medicina/cancer_colon/default.... but I would try something a little less technical... I think even "materia fecal" would sound better! The problem is, it's not only that. If you could lighten up your text a bit, you could say "con el producto de su cuerpo".
