No lo traduzcas Explanation: Pienso que, al ser algo tan propio y característico de la historia británica, va a ser difícil encontrarle un equivalente en español con las mismas connotaciones históricas. Yo lo dejaría en inglés y añadiría una nota del traductor explicando de qué tipo de documento se trata exactamente. Por otra parte, según la información que he encontrado de "pipe rolls", no se llama así porque contuviese nombres de gaiteros, sino por su forma.
