"MB board” relacionada con una grabadora de video para uso hospitalario". I have doubts that it is "motherboard". Why would you have motherboard board (MB board)? Perhaps an error?

The only term that comes to mind, but whether relevant is "multi-boot" but whether it makes sense in your context is another matter.
