Hola colegas: estoy traduciendo el manual de instrucciones de un aire acondicionado y me enredé con esta oración. Necesito su opinión.

An unventilated area where the appliance using flammable refrigerants is installed shall be so constructed that should any refrigerant leak, it will not stagnate so as to create a fire or explosion hazard.

Mi intento es este: Un área sin ventilación donde este instalado el aparato que utiliza refrigerantes inflamables estará construido en caso de fuga de refrigerante, no se estancará con el fin de crear un incendio o riesgo de explosión.

No me convence, se que algo no está del todo claro pero no logro darme cuenta que es. Agradeceré sus comentarios. Gracias.

Un ambiente/espacio no ventilado donde se instale un aparato que utilice refrigerantes inflamables deberá ser concebido de tal manera que, si llegara a haber alguna pérdida de refrigerante, no se acantonará con el consiguiente riesgo de incendio o explosión.

disagree  Giovanni Rengifo: La verdad hay una gran diferencia entre "concebir" (diseñar) y "construir" o entre "pérdida" y "fuga".

  -> Yo opté por la otra acepción del verbo "construct", que parece encajar mejor. Seguramente "fuga" ha de ser más correcto que "pérdida" en este caso. Gracias y saludos, Giovanni.
