I think it refers to what in SP is called "cuentas por cobrar" o "cuentas de terceros". There are two options that came to my mind right now:

(...) el inventario de productos a la venta para sus clientes así como las cuentas por cobrar relacionadas con éstos.

(...) el inventario de productos a la venta para sus clientes así como el balance de la cuenta de cada cliente.
