¡Salve! (una vez más, abstenerse los calvos y calvas.

Se trata de un cepillo (accesorio) que se ajusta a un aparato para peinar el cabello (creo que el aparato se llama airstyler)
Lo he traducido como cabezal del cepillo, sin embargo, según el DRAE sería más apropiado cabeza (en lugar de cabezal).
Ahora bien, la cabeza del cepillo me suena bastante raro.

Cómo se llamaría es parte del cepillo (dónde están colocadas las cerdas).
