Fluxing, in this case, has nothing to do with metals, as it already appears in the Glossary. )This is regarding the maintenance of old wigs (17th/18th century):

I don´t know how to translate "fluxing" and I don't understand if what goes into the oven is the wig itself or just the rollers, to be heated
