Estoy traduciendo unas hojas técnicas de unos productos de protección solar. Uno de los documentos que compone el expediente de cada producto es un estudio clínico que incluye una prueba denominada "product migration determination" y en un informe final de resultados sobre la misma dice:

"...Three test areas, consisting of an 8.0 cm diameter circle inside an 8.8 cm diameter circle, were drawn on the test subject's back. Each test material )10,0 g) was evenly applied to its designated **test site** at a density of 2 mg/cm2, following the protocol. The control sites consisted of a positive/non-migrating control ([producto comercial 1]) and a negative/migrating control ([producto comercial 2]). Eight cross-diagonal diameter measurements were made of each **test site** immediately after the application, using a UV lamp (Black Light) and digital caliper (in mm). The test subject was then stationed in a temperature (100 ºF +/- 2 ºF) and relative humidity (30-40%) controlled room. The eighty minute test period began when the test subject started to sweat, defined by a perceptible liquid exuded through pores of the skin. After 80 minutes of continuous sweating, eight cross-diagonal diameter measurements were taken for each **test site**.
