English term or phrase: Revoicing
Hello,
I am currently translating a book regarding audiovisual translation. The term revoicing appeared, at first I thought it was the same as dubbing, but when I started researching a little bit, I found out that dubbing is more general... Could anyone help me, please?

The sentence is the following: Dubbing, because of its many challenges, is the other major revoicing practice.

Thank you.

locutado (revoicing)
Explanation:
there are different revoicing modalities such as dubbing, voiceover, audio description, free commentary, etc.
