I'm working on the results of a focus group regarding the sustainable management of chemical waste. Here is the sentence:

"This will need the cooperation and partnership with chemical producing industries as well as those downstream users of chemicals."

I have:

Esto demandará la cooperación y colaboración con industrias químicas junto con aquellos usuarios más adelante en el proceso.

I don't think "usuarios" is necessarily correct, and I'm not sure if my translation of downstream is accurate enough. Thanks.
