Si bien no es el primer término que se me ocurre como traducción para 'disrupt' (ni el tercero), considero que en este contexto suena más idiomático que una empresa 'se reinvente'. Podríamos hablar de una alteración de su estrategia, 'transformándose' o trasmutando' también serían otras posibilidades, no obstante, continúo abogando por la expresión de reinventarse para el contexto que nos compete.
