Sigo yo aquí con mi podadora de caminos y , cuando habla sobre los brazos articulados o telescópicos, lo llama "boom member". No obstante también hace referencia a "linkage arm" que no sé si básicamente lo está utilizando como sinónimo. Entonces, yo había traducido "boom member" simplemente como brazo y poniendo "extensible o telescópico" cuando lo indica... Pero con "linkage arm" no se si poner "brazo de unión" o cómo lo veis.

Contexto:

The pivot linkage preferably includes a fixed portion fixed to the end portion of teh first boom member, a first linkage arm pivotably attached to the fixed portion, a second linkage arm pivotably attached to the first linkage arm, an a third linkage arm pivotably attached at one end to the second linkage arm and at an opposite end to the end portion oft he first boom member spaced from the fixed portion....
