En la descripción de una máquina, una podadora, aparece la palabra "threaded" y todas sus versiones y no sé si siempre se debe traducir como "biselado". Unos ejemplos:

"A rotatable blade shaft is rotatably mounted in a bearing and includes a threaded end portion. A threaded through hole of a threaded black plate is first threaded on a threaded portion of the rotatable blade shaft. The unthreaded cutting blade is fitted over the threaded end portion, and an unthreaded through hole of a front plate is fitted over the threaded end portion..."

Parece un trabalenguas!!

"Se coloca un eje rotativo de cuchillas sobre un rodamiento e incluye un parte final biselada. Un orificio estriado 46a de una placa trasera biselada se ensarta primero en una parte biselada de un eje rotativo de cuchillas. La cuchilla de corte no biselada se sitúa sobre la parte final biselada y un orificio no estriado de una placa frontal 48 se coloca sobre la parte final biselada..."

Casi siempre, como adjetivo, lo he traducido como "biselado" y cuando verbo "ensartar".
