Como sabrás el ETOPS es una regulación que obliga a las aeronaves de 2 motores a viajar a 180 minutos de un aeropuerto costero en el evento de que se apague un motor. Si la distancia es superior no hay garantía de que con un avión con un solo motor pueda llegar al aeropuerto. En un bimotor no se puede volar en línea recta de New York a Barcelona por citar un ejemplo. En un A-340 que tiene 4 motores si se puede hacer pues no hay tal restricción.

En este caso la excepcion es que se sube a 207 minutos
