mobile tagging etiquetado móvil (mobile tagging) Explanation: From my experience and what I've "heard" online recently, this term is still reasonably new and as such it is often used in English in Spanish content, followed by an explanation of what it is, for example "...optimizado para Mobile Tagging (Reconocimiento de códigos de 1 o 2 dimensiones desde un dispositivo móvil)." I have also seen the literal translation on other instances, "etiquetado móvil", for example here: http://www.academia.edu/1924263/Etiquetado_móvil_y_código_QR... I consider both options as widely accepted and understandable, as they are usually followed by an explanation of what it entails. Having said that, in content whose target audience are marketing professionals I believe they would definitely be familiar with the English term, as they are used to using many English terms in their industry-specific vocabulary.
