I agree with your with your own suggestion: “Alternativas en Comunicación”.

I think it is a clear and simple. It is related to your original expression in English.

The problem was that everybody thought in something more complicated because the context was short.

But your own suggestion plugs well with the explanation that you made about “a service being provided like “Global Communications”...”
