English term or phrase: Plaza Level
The client is giving directions to the customers on where to find their offices. The whole sentence reads: "We are located above the Food Court. Please take stairs/escalator to plaza level." If I translate it to "Nivel de la Plaza", the Spanish speaking clients won't understand the expression.

Asker: Gracias por la explicación. Sin embargo, en este centro comercial en particular el "Plaza Level" no está a nivel de la calle, sino un nivel más arriba. De ahí mi preocupación de dar indicaciones adecuadas para que los clientes sepan a donde tienen que ir exactamente.

I think that "plaza" should be understood by Spanish speakers. For instance, Plaza de Comidas is used in Spanish and has nothing to do with the other kind of "plaza". Good luck.
