Estoy traduciendo una encuesta a los usuarios del transporte público que no hablan inglés y me figura este término. A ver si alguien me ayuda a entenderlo.

¿Cuál de estas opciones de ayuda lingüística utiliza o conoce?
a) "Meeting and Information Notices via U.S. Mail and Email campaigns"
b) "Translation services at ****Board meetings*** and Community Meetings (by request)

La verdad que poner "notificaciones del consejo o de la junta" no me convence.

De esta forma evitamos tener que especificar si se trata de una junta, consejo, comisión, etc.
