Explanation:
Both Ariel and my other financial dictionary give the transaltion as "bono del tesoro", however, I think that "Treasury bond" is a very broad term, and this is quite specific.

A non-marketable, interest-bearing U.S. government savings bond issued at par and purchased only by trading in Series EE bonds at maturity.

Interest on Series HH bonds is exempt from state and local taxes.

The Eurodicautom gives the translation I have suggested, with the same explanation above, confirmed by other US sites.
