The ***scrapping instructions*** are as follows:

• A documented execution process including those elements related to recovery, performance of physical scrap and proper execution of accounting transactions and documentation.
o Recovery should be maximized and well documented
 Scrap Dealers selection must be Approved Scrap Vendors. The
vendors are approved by the local Controller. Please submit the name of the Company you want approved and the Controller will will perform their due diligence (including but not limited to D&B review, BBB review and reference checking – MOST IMPORTANT – Vendors will be advised by Controller that NOV can ONLY be paid by Check or Wire for scrap. Cash should not be an approved method of payment. Approved vendors should be revisited at a minimum annually and at any time special opportunities lead us to believe we can improve our recoveries.
