Aquí un enlace que explica "accession": http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/accession.html "1.Procedure by which a party's property is acquired by another party, by virtue of the fact that the first party's property is affixed or attached to the second party's property. See also fixtures. 2.Procedure by which a contracting party adheres to a legal instrument, or by which a country becomes a signatory to an international agreement. 3.Procedure by which an entity (such as an archive or library) acquires or takes custody of (acquires legal title to) records." Y otro que explica "undertaking" http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/undertaking.htm... "1.Guaranty, promise, or stipulation that creates an obligation. 2.Business enterprise and, in some jurisdictions (such as European Union) charities, state commercial bodies, and trade associations." |
